Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. Sign up with just your email and we start sending deals right away. No credit card, no trial. Paid plans exist if you want access to more deals, but the free tier is genuinely free and stays that way. Add support@triangleflights.com to your contacts so alerts land in your inbox rather than spam.
Every alert includes step-by-step booking instructions: which dates to check, which airline or site to use, and what price to expect. Click the link, confirm the fare is still live, and book directly. The whole process usually takes under five minutes.
It means the deal sold out before you got there. Seats at sale prices are limited and can disappear within hours. If the fare is gone, try nearby dates using the flexible date view on Google Flights — sometimes adjacent days still have the discount.
Free subscribers receive a solid portion of the deals we find — enough to save real money on flights. Paid plans (Basic, Premium+, Luxury) unlock more deals per week, earlier access, and mistake fares at Premium+ and above. You can see a full comparison on the upgrade page.
RDU, CLT, GSO, FAY, ILM, and PGV. You can follow as many as you want. Most subscribers pick their home airport and add one or two nearby as a backup in case a better connection shows up.
Typically between one and nine months out. That gives you enough time to request time off, sort out accommodation, and actually look forward to the trip. Occasionally we send a last-minute find, but most deals have real breathing room.
Yes. Use the booking link to select however many passengers you need. One thing to watch: occasionally a deal price only holds for solo travelers. If the per-person price jumps when you add a second passenger, try booking the seats in separate transactions.
Premium economy and business class deals come through occasionally, especially on international routes. When they do, they go to paid subscribers first. Most alerts are economy — which is usually where the best value is anyway.
Not currently. We send everything we find for your home airport and let you decide what's worth booking. The upside is you'll occasionally discover somewhere you hadn't thought to go.
Airlines occasionally publish a price far below what they intended — usually a typo in the fare system or a currency conversion glitch. The window to book is short, sometimes just a few hours before the airline fixes it. We monitor for these and send them out the moment we spot one. Mistake fares are included at Premium+ and above.
We aren't able to take custom requests. Our team tracks every route from your airports and if a deal to your destination comes up, you'll be the first to know.
Those tools show you current prices when you search. We watch prices continuously and come to you the moment something drops below normal — before it shows up on anyone's radar. You don't have to search. You just have to be ready to book.
